Publications

In addition to blogging for STACKED, Book Riot, and occasionally updating Field Acquisitions, I’ve published on the topics of teen library services and on young adult fiction. I’ve also had my work featured on The Huffington Post and spotlighted at The Rumpus and Rookie Magazine.

  • Feminism for the Real World, Algonquin Young Readers, forthcoming Spring 2017. I’m editing an anthology of essays about feminism for teen girls, with contributions from well-known celebrities, writers, and emerging voices.
  • The V-Word, edited by Amber Keyser, Beyond Words/Simon & Schuster, forthcoming February 2, 2016. I’m contributing a Q&A on representation of teen girls and sexuality in YA lit and movies, as well as an essay. Starred review from Publishers Weekly, with a callout to one of my contributions.
